All was fine with 1.5, i'd select the faces, apply whatever UV Projection I require and then move the faces where I want on the texture bitmap thingy... now i'm having trouble with how 1.6 works er. Well it was all fine at first, I got my lil demons arms textured OK, but the legs for whatever reason are being an ass.
1. I have my happy little model. As you can see arms done fine...
2. I select the faces I want to textures. The front legs
3. Planar UV Mapping is applied...
4. And then I open the UV editor and wtf is that?
See? Whys it selected those faces? It should have selected the ones that I selected in stage 2... it's driving me up the wall and if I can't fix this i'm hoping I can go back to 1.5 where you could ONLY select the faces you highlighted so this kind of weird stuff wouldn;t happen...
