Anyone know of a DLL for DBP that is Transparant and
makes a Scrolling Input box? I have a 2D Interface and
I am trying to make a Small Command Prompt and I run
into Bugs when trying to match the Text up with the
Background Image.

There is a Bug in DBP that kinda keeps you from doing
the Mathmatics required to make a Special Command Prompt.

I guess Ill have to code one in VC++ 6.0 cause most people
here focus on Asthetics rather then Functionality,Thus
allowing them to totally Ignore most of the Core Functions.
