Does anybody know a good tutorial for making a 2d pacman game?

You could try ScouseKnight's pacman tutorial at:

It's a DBPro thing but there is a pdf tutorial document so you can use it like a logical basis and make yourself a DBC Pacman version.

Sorry, but I don't know other tutorials about Pacman in DB
Otherwise you can search the Internet for a tutorial in another language and then convert it to DBC.
