OK, I've got a goon on my level. I want that goon to repeat a .wav file (from the german voice pack). How do I do this? Do I have to make a new or alter a FPI script? If so, which one and where?

Thanks for the help.

Far removed from propert FPI syntax, someething like:

:random=50:sound=audiobank\misc\screamheadoff.wav

This will play the WAV file screamheadoff.wav located in the folder Files\audiobank\misc\ of the FPSC root folder and will play when a random number between 0 and 50 generates a value of 1 (30 attempts per second).

Thanks, Lee. It worked perfectly.

Now, is there a syntax for volume control of specific sound files, or does that need to be down outside of FPSC?

Also, if a sound is played by altering the FPI, then what is the significance of the "Soundset" option at the bottom of the entity properties?

I figured out the Soundset part, so nevermind on that Lee. I acutally threw together a German Soundset, using files from the German Sound Pack and put it together for download from my site.
