Trying to make a new deacl, but nothing I'm trying is working. Obviously I am missing something... but what!?!

Here is what I have:

F:FPSCFilesgamecoreDecalsdarkswirldarkswirl.dds (no alpha channel - find it attached)

F:FPSCFilesgamecoreDecalsdarkswirldecalspec.txt

F:FPSCFilesentitybankgenericdecalsdarkswirl.fpe

What it does - nothing! zilch! zero! nadda!
It's invisible in the game.

If anyone can help get this working and please explain what you did. Thank you soooo much!!!!!

EDIT - sorry the forum wouldn't let me upload the raw DDS file. Had to zip it up...

O.k. now for a screenshot - (no not new segments just really clever use of large entities rotated and placed carefully)

I title it:

"I have a really bad feeling about this"

I can see why Cloud. Yikes!
