Hey,
I have been modelling in Maya 6 for my games, and the exporter doesnt work correctly!!! It produces an X file which wont load into any other software, even the Mesh Viewer says LOAD FAILED, (mesh viewer is included in the SDK.) Does anyone have any sort of clue to why it might be that the exporter isn't working correctly, (it loads fine into Maya).

im using maya 6 too , did u ever thought to export it into OBJ
and convert the obj into X in milkshape3d ?
u can do that in the trial too i think ..

I thought of that but (with trueSpace 3.2 instead of milkshape) sometimes Maya's OBJ Exporter, mucks up some of the boolean difference vertices, Thanks for the help
