How things whirl by sometimes... A month ago I told a mate I wanted to find a new flat. It was the kind of talk you get at two in the morning, an hour before closing time, after drinking beer.

A week ago he told me another mate of his was selling his flat. I went there, had a look, made an offer. And bam, today he accepted the offer. The bank gave me loads of money to buy the thing.

That's the kind of consequences beer-talk can get, particularly the beer talk at around two in the morning...

So, be careful what you say when you drink beer. It can turn real.

If the 'beer-talk-turning-real' only worked with women. Considering the many times we've discussed the nature of women after drinking beer...

I finding it easier to bring the women along for the beer drinking! I just got my own place too, 2br townhouse. I'll be moving next week, sooooo I won't be around much after that. won't have internet for awhile.

For Stockholm, a £60.000 flat is cheap. £90-100.000 would be more likely. I think, in Europe, only London is more expensive. My flat there would cost like £300.000.
