FPSC Classic Product Chat / Error when testing

When ever i try to test my game, i get a dialog that says

\"This program encountered and error, and needs to shut down\"

How can I fix this?

Could you Attach the following files from the install directory: fpscreator.log, FPSC-MapEditor.log and FPSC-Game.log, plus any files in the subdirectory Files that look like: crash…

Also, is this with the EA version or trial one?

i couldnt find any of those files, or the installation directory. I re downloaded it and re-installed, and now it wont even start up, it just freezes before the splash screen.
