I'm trying toloacte the Batfink theme tune as a Midi file. I've Googled and even...AltaVista'd!

Ironically the original theme tune was composed as midi file...which just makesfinding it even harder on the search engines.

Can anyone help?

Spent last half an hour searching everywhere and all I come up with are really bad wavs and ringtone previews which are in flash swf format. Found a really good site ( http://www.tvsgreatesthits.com ) that has midi tunes for hundreds of tv shows and cartoons but not batfink.

Good luck in your continuing search.

Didn't realise there were exactly 100 shows and that you can actually buy a DVD with 'em all on!

Boo!

Thanks for your efforts, Spooky my friend. I can find midis for every carton you can think of, but not Batfink!

In fact, this is an historic moment. There can't be many things you can't find on the internet. It's like Googlewhacking!

Anyone else up to the challenge?

You could try emailing the composer himself, or at least the dude responsible for his website:

info @ RaymondScott.com

Batfink rocked, it used to be the only thing that could get me outta bed in the morning as a kid, that theme tune, his 'My wings are like a shield of steel', or the strange oliental voice on his sidekick would always get me up and in front of the TV .
