Help i've been looking everywhere, does anybody know a way to change a .map file to a .bsp file!

You cannot. Only if you export to .x and then use the converter that comes with DBP to make it BSP. I have the same tool you have, and I think that it is not a great tool. Get CShop. I am going to get it soon.
