does anybody know how to move objects in the editor more slowly and precise. I am trying to line up two items on top of each other, i Right click the entity which puts me in 'world mode' i can then use the arrow keys to move in four basic directions forward backward left and right i use the number keys for the axis. if i use the shift key with the axis i get smaller increments but if i use the shift key with the arrow keys it as no effect. Is there anyway to control the movements with a bit more precision?

hi. i think you press either control or shift or alt, not sure, not at my home pc, but press these keys while using R to rotate, gives ya a bit more control...

edit :

oops sorry.. i was thinking of rotating in smaller increments...

cant see a way of moving sideways in smaller increments.. is it possible...
