Hi im using darkbasic proffesional and 3ds max 7. I downloaded this rigged biped character off the internet. He works fine in 3ds max but then when I export him is when the problem begins... When i play my animated character in darkbasic all I can see is my biped playing but not the actual character itself!!! I use the panda .x exporter for 3ds max. Is there something I have done wrong or didnt do right? If you know what the problem might be plz post it here!

thank you for your time and help.

When I view your .x file in the directX MeshViewer I can can see your character geometry (static) and the biped moving. You might want to check the binding of you geometry or perhaps a setting in the panda exporter. I'm not familiar with panada but often times you can export the mesh and the animation seperately, perhaps this is what is happening to you.

Sure, if it is small enough go ahead and upload it to the board, or if you have web space even better. I don't own 3DS Max 7 but I can get the demo so I can look at your model. Also don't have Panda but I will run it through my converter, if it comes out okay we'll know your max scene is fine and it is getting messed up in Panda somewhere.
