hey, I could do with some help rigging a character I made in 3ds max, I'm using panda exporter (which I'm told doesn't do biped stuff).

any help would be really great!

It does do bones though, export your mesh/biped to to FilmBox format, then import it back. Your biped will now be turned into bones, fine for exporting with panda.

What settings do you use to export bones with the Panda exporter? I tried it but it came out all deformed (though it did still animate...) so I messed with some settings and then it didn't animate at all. Which I'd prefer over having my model look like he got hit by a bus...

Go to www.tiburongx.com and download their amazing max X Exporter. It exports the animation precisely as it appears in MAX. I went through every format exporter in the world for max 6 and only this one exports the skin modifier!
