Good question.

Should have been asked and answered so that we all know the answer.

Decisions have to be made - I am investing a great deal of time and effort for it to be wasted.

TGC Anyone answer this officially?

V1 will have a lot of features not present in EA (including physics, the early proto-types of which we've seen this week), so even if you can import an old EA level into V1 (which we will certainly try and allow with minimum fuss) you will still need to tweak it a lot due to the new toys you'll have to play with.
