Yeah, what I'm thinking is that the game will have all sorts of influences from different countries, so I can shape each continent like it's real-life counterpart. If you can imagine how the world was billions of years ago before all the continents broke off, that's the sorta thing I'm going for.

Probably be easy enough to grab heightmaps and normalise them so they can all go on 1 massive map.

Hmm i wonder if i can make heightmaps in simcity 4....and export them....nah i dought it but i'll still try =P

Sweet.. looks like an interesting way to do things. Never really thought about doing it like that before. You could probably use Keyhole the same way.
