I would recommend developing using blocks to begin with, then move on to a template model. (these are just animated block models to get a feel for the game)

People often are more willing to help with a project media if they know that thier work isn't going to be wasted or that they're just being used.

Just assure him that if he let's you have the media, that it won't go to waste. Maybe you have a little demo you could send him or some screenshots, I doubt you'll get a better offer so you should try to convince Alpha.

i don't particularly need a sam fisher model, but I need a model of a splinter cell because i am making a stealth game that requires something similar. i chose sam fisher because it is the only referance that i could think of to represent what i wanted
