FPSC Classic Product Chat / FPSC Runtime Error

I just re-loaded FPSC on my system and when I try to open it I get this error:

"Dark Basic Pro - Enhancements Pack Runtime Error

3"

When I click OK then I get the following message:

"The application has encountered a problem and needs to close."

Then it proceeds to close FPSC. I have searched the forums and found a couple of others with the same problem but no solutions. If anyone has an answer for this please let me know.
