There was already a game...it sucked though, this looks good. Also Empire Interactive published Warrior Kings, which is great, so it should turn out similar

Cool. Well I enjoyed the movie, but I know opinions on that are somewhat mixed.

When the demo came out a couple of years ago, it crashed the computer just after the title screen...

I also saw that, looked fun. I know the book was a rather serious bit of fiction, but I enjoyed the movie beause it was just plain hysterical.

The movie was painfully bad, and an insult to Heinlein in that they allowed someone with almost opposite sociopolitical views to take control of his IP (wrong, I believe, no matter where you're standing). The site doesn't work for me either.

I wish they'd make something decent off of the book, which was, instead of a cheap satire demonizing the military, a character/society study. It'd make a better movie than game, obviously, but they could make something fun off of the universe he described. Aged fifty years and the science fiction is still fascinating

The movie isn't really appealing to me at the moment, there's so much more they could've done with the license then just copying the movie scene for scene and filling it with what looks like heavily scripted events. Also, the graphics and animation looks a little stiff, especially the shuttle ship, it looks like it's just sitting and moving through the air, not flying.

I'm a little disappointed because Starship Troopers could make an excellent game, but this one looks like a second failed attempt.

Heh, the site works now. Looks like a pure and simple Halo ripoff to me

I dont know how you could possibly look at that and think.. -halo rip-.. In any case, this game looks like a 3d remake of a game called Phobia.. I highly recommend trying to find a download for Phobia 3, it was a great game... Very enjoyable, and would make as a great remake for someone who wants a new project in Darkbasic i think.

Nah, great gameplay, good graphics and sound, great AI and NPCs.

The only problem was that it didn't always work that well on all configurations.
