hey, you may know me as "Mr.Low Poly" or "Doesn't go over 1000 polys", so im trying to make a model at about 3k polys wich is good for a player model in DBPRO i hear. so im actually doing a face on this one, tell me how it looks! btw this is my FIRST face so dont hate on it too bad....

Looks good other than the fact that it's triangulated a little too much (wonder if I said that right....)

Looks pretty good to me. For a first face I would say its brilliant.

i think its very good. If you don't mind poly's, just run a smoothing operation on it and it will be superb

wel, that is in flat shaded mode, so it looks alot beter in smooth shaded, but i wanted you all to see the geometry, thanks so much for the comments...i might subdivide after i finsh the rest of the model and it seems low enough to where i can spare a few polys.

yes it does. So when making models for DBc/pro one must always look on triangles when counting polys.

For the face, not bad.. but it do have quite a lot of problems. I think perhaps you should try and find some referance to work out from. the head should be a bit wider.. to fit the skill bones, the forehead is a bit too round.. are a few of the problems I see.. I'm really bad at explaining things.. so my advice is just to find a referiance.. front and side view to see what I mean.

Keep up the good work though
