I saw this a couple of years ago...and it's just as funny today as it was then.

Here's one line from a letter from a colleague of mine. The car park ticket machine at an airport broke, and it cost hime a fortune to get out...

Quote: "...after all this adversity, having had the tenacity and fortitude to actually achieve the almost impossible task of raising the necessary funds by which to pay the charge, is still left to beg to be release from the incomprehensibly incompetent web of idiocy in the administration of the car park in question like a common criminal accused of stealing a loaf of bread."

Yeah, bit of an oldie but goodie that one. Although I was always under the opinion that he was phrasing things in a kinda "points of view" type of english. ie. not many people really talk like that, and I think he was trying to sound that way.

Cheers

I am 99% probably lying in bed right now... so don't blame me for crappy typing

Only in Britain can you get complaint letters that spend so much time insulting who it's sent to, and still be infinitely polite!

I don't suffer from insanity - I enjoy every minute of it!
