How the ?"#¤"! do I fade a bitmap
I´ve tried this but i cant get it work

You need to update the bitmap on the screen...
i mean after the shAding of it,
cls
and paste bitmap [bitmap #],x,y

Erhh... U cant paste bitmaps. Anyways i have figured it out myself. First u "snach" every frame to images (wich are stored in video mem) and then u delete the bitmap otherwise u would paste the new images to the bitmap and they wouldnt be pasted to the screen. Basicaly u cant paste or display bitmaps. Ohh.. just realized that u might be using db pro... Hmm thats the fun part when using db v1... All those workarounds
