I made this model real quick to use as a test model for the Seiken Steel engine. Its not textured and has no face of any kind.. and is therefor most suited to be used as a test model.. or a standin for the model to be used in the future. I know the team requests forum is closes.. but still I see requests for modelers in the WIP and 3D forum.. this way you can download a model to use instead of boxes to develope the engine before starting to ask for models.

A bit of info about the model:
This was made quite quickly and is therefor no quality model. It was made with a bit of a high poly count for a low-poly model.. beeing at 1644 triangles. The model is rigged with a skeleton with 23 moveable limbs. There is no animation on this model however and please dont ask me to add any.. if anyone would like to animate it and put some basic animations up here as well, feel free to.

The model is in DirectX format (.x) exported from Softimage|XSI
(please report any problems)

I hope people can use this model for testing and for a standin for any character.. to make game developing for people a bit easier at least

What? No replies? I know I'd be tempted to download it and animate it as soon as possible!

Me? With my reputation?

Cool, good for a low poly character, i'd download it, texture it, animate it and cloth it myself, but I like to do my own work

Yaay!

Thanks to Jonny Ree.

Thanks to Shado W.

The icon that looks like a save icon imports it into the milkshape interface.

I just found out (Skimming the models .x file) that it has bones. Unfortunatly, Milkshape doesn't import them. Any ideas on getting them into Milkshape?

I'm glad you liked it

but on to another issue.. I'm currently on a 15'' monitor.. because I'm not at home.. and your sig is taking up all my screen.. I know a lot of people dont like huge sigs.. so if you could maybe scale it down to the size of the Valoure one and perhaps even cut them both in half to create two in the space of one.. that would be great.

Thanks again for your comment on this
