I can't get Rainbow to recompile under 5.8. It says Unknown command at line 745. This may or may not be the correct line, the compiler is skewed at the moment with respect to quoting line numbers:

newGadget=createProgressBar(createX,createY,75,25,parent)

Anyone else got the same problem? This is Rainbow 1.0 by the way.

Haven't tried it BatVink, but why are you re-compiling? Did you make changes or improvements. I just use Rainbow as is, it is the best thing that came along for DBpro.

I added 2 extra functions that are exported with your DarkBasic code:

1. DeleteGui(). This deletes all gadgets with one call - saves a lot of time!!!

2. ProcessGui(). This function is a series of IF statements, for every clickable gadget, saves a lot of time again...

I need to edit one of the functions, but can't recompile it.

Sorted it.

It was commented out code within a Select clause. The compiler can't handle it, seen it in bug reports somewhere.

Yes, I experienced the same issue. The buck stops with Lee on this one.
