Hey I need to rotate the right arm of the moving cyborg guy from dark matter so it looks like the pic I have attached. So I was wondering is someone with a modelling package could quickly rotate his arm.

Well I can rotate the arm but then i cant move it back into place because the arm flys all over the place why cant it move in small amounts like normal modellers
