Why wont this code work?:

      runstartframe = 1
      runendframe = 4
      frame = stillframe

      IF frame > runendframe THEN frame = runstartframe
      ELSE
      frame = stillframe
      ENDIF

      SPRITE 1,100,100,frame
      SYNC
      LOOP

when I run it its supposed to show 4 frames then start over, but what it dose it shows the last frame, then 2 black screens, then the last fram again. Plese Help!

You are reseting frame to #1 EVERY time.

Are you sure it's the last frame, and not the 1st frame you're seeing?

Anyway, just remove the "Else frame=stillframe"
