Maybe someone needs something like that.

With these scripts you have to use 3 switches in a correct order to open a door:

Switch 01:

Swich 02:

Switch 03:

The scripts are only for animated swiches!
I tried it with switches that only change their texture too but the function "alttexture" seems not to work in the EA Version and it would be very confusing for the player if he cannot see what switch he has used already.

The script for the door:

Important:
1) Give all 3 switches the same name!
2) Type this name in the "If Used" field of the door.
3) Type the name of the door in the "If Used" field of all 3 switches.

I am sure there are other ways to script something like that, but these versions seem to work fine.
I tried them in the "Test" mode, not in a built game.

Again 3 switches that open a door.
This time you dont have to use them in some order.

The script for the switches:

Attach this script to every switch.

The script for the door:

This time i changed the script for non animated switches.
Maybe i'll post a version for animated switches later.

Important:
1) Give the door a individual name and type this name in the IF USED field of every switch.
2) Give all 3 switches the same name and type this name in the IF USED field of the door.

In my first posting i said that the function "altexture" does not work. That is wrong.
"alttexture" does work, but only if Pixel Shaders are not activated.

For that reason here the switch scripts for switches that change their texture and have to be used in a correct order:

Switch01:

Switch02:

Switch03:

For the doorscript see the first posting.

Very, Very Cool. This sort of thing could easily be used for numerous door puzzles etc...

Nice one.
