I've just got a quick question regarding making computer game versions of popular card/dice/board games. For example, I was going to start making a 3D version of the dice game 'Yahtzee' but then realised that this may be a copyright enfringment - I think 'Yahtzee' is a trademark too, although I have seen other websites with remakes of Yahtzee on...I was just wondering if someone could give me any advice on whether it would be allowed to make such a game?. Or, for more examples, Scrabble or UNO?

Thanks,
Robin
