I think he wants to know if it can save a scene as a .avi, and Im 99% sure TrueSpace can, as South Park: Reloaded was made with it.

it was made with truespace i think that true space can do video stuff because game space is realy downgraded from truespace. look on the truespace fourms and ask this question they can probrably tell you. by the way why do you want to know if it can export video? just askin !!!

I know but the button should be there (when you click on save or something like this it say it's disabled in demo)

TrueSpace does export animations (animated .avi and animated .x, you should be happy using truespace and DBP together because Darkmatter was made in it) the demo doesn't, but the full version does, gamespace to my knowledge does not.

your welcome, tip you can get it free with my little tip

Every month they hold a 'demo' competition where any one who makes the best image in the demo they get the full version for free
on the website click on 'gallery' then 'demo' then there should be a straight forward link towards the bottom to help you
NOTE: If you own trueSpace 4.2 or above (generally they would know because you would've likely to have ordered it from them) then you cannot enter (which is why I am entering the animation contest instead)

To make a good model in a short time because you can't save is kinda hard, so my tip is to take advantage of rendering and shader effects to make it look cool, rather than spending hours on a hight quality model that doesn't render so good, I'd do a basic room scene, then you can make the walls with primitives, glass cups and tables with boolean subtraction and a few pots/vases with lathing nurbs tool, sweeping nurbs for curtains, and make a lamp shade for where the light is and places some lights with shadow turned on and turn raytracing on (in the render thing) finally add some textures and glass shaders and e voila a nice looking demo scene
