Thanks to Jonny Rees' free human model, I now have a half-decent model with a face, ears and fingers. I've also added a skeleton in milkshape.

What I'm looking for is tricks, tips, advice or even a tutorial on how to animate large movements without excessive deformation - faces pinched inward or stretched to far. Stretched isn't to bad, but pinched...
