dunno how animator works, else i'd help :: shrugs ::
I'd say simplify it then work from there..

it's how I model things. You make the basic outline then just chip away detail. easy and you can control the polycount.

The textures are good but I prefer the wooden handled ones. If I were you I'd make the barrels side-by-side horizontily. I think it looks better like that
I also use anim8or. Someone should make a dll that allows you to use .an8 files in dbpro.
