Dunno - probably either holiday, computer broke, or simply got interested in other things for a while. A few months back I hardly made a post, I got addicted to my own online game

He ate one too many chalupas and died. Gas ingestion or something like that. Maybe his ghost will visit back some time...just maybe...

Quote from Van-b (about TDK-man suprisingly)

Quote: " He'll be back, they all come back...

It's not unusal for him to disapear for ages then make a post about his progress, he's one of those people that don't usually came on the forum without something to show us - he's probably just waiting for DBPro developments, although I have no idea what he could be waiting for in DBPro unless it's a problem with compatibility. I remember him complaining about having no bitmap image saving, but that's hardly a project killer - I imagine he's got around that with his own saver/loader by now.

It's coming back to me now... I think he's waiting for a bug to be fixed in DBPro.

TDKman? he has a project in Blitz and one in C++, not disappeared just moved into the shadows. Can't say I blame him.

Van's only been gone a few days (for some obvious reasons), people are too jittery.

I believe you mean "David T != Banned Coder_David. Which by the way, has now fled the country, killed a German, and now lives in space running from die-hard Star Wars freaks. Yet, he is still able to make posts on this board under an awesome new Alias which he changes once a month.

Not to totally throw the thread off the topic of teh awesome Van B, but I couldn't help but mention the geekfight that went on in front of my local theatre. Two guys who had been camping out for Episode 3 were beating each mercilessly with their toy lightsabers until they were bloody and bruised and suffering from broken bones, and the police had to come and break them up, then cuff them.

If no-one gives your an answer to a question you have asked, consider:- Is your question clear.- Did you ask nicely.- Are you showing any effort to solve the problem yourself

All together, welcome back!

Thanks guys - teeth are better now, I no longer feel like Dustin Hoffman in Marathon Man. It's amazing how much daytime TV you can cram in when your off work - the only problem is that now I'm addicted to American Chopper and at least 3 low quality fat-guy-married-to-fit-chick sit-coms.

Is that on digital/sky or something? I've heard of it, but I have no idea what it is, nor have I ever seen it.

(I lost Sky digital when I moved a three-story house The sky-man said he didn't have a long-enough ladder, which I'm sure is a lie )

it's on Discovery
i wish that for-once they'd actually be inventive with the bikes they make, i mean often it's only small custom jobs.

be awesome if they went to town once and like made the bike from FF VII or something.
