Yep, the time has come when I need to earn some money! So, I've decided to sell my talent!

Ok, here is some of my work, so you know what kind of quality you're getting (although some of theese are a bit older and as such the quality you recieve will be better):

And some recent work, rendered in high poly (the original was approximatly 3000 polygons)

Oh, I almost forgot to say HOW you can pay me.

My prices are cheap. I'm just looking for a bit more money at the moment while building up my portfolio. So unless it's highly detailed, don't expect to pay over $25 for a skinned weapon or $30-$35 for a skinned vehicle. I know those don't sound cheap - but if you look at the alternatives (Turbosquid, for example) that's much better value - and you'll have FULL RIGHTS to use it (except you cannot claim it to be yours).
I accept PayPal, or any online billing system that is SECURE (verified) and accepts Credit Cards.

Depends how you mean on tune-up. Create new textures for units and buildings? Higher detail models? More varied terrain textures?

You could pay me for the whole thing (all the work I do in a bundle) if you want, which will be cheaper.

Yeah, cool.

A list of what i could need:

- 3D-Explosions
- Tanks and Mechs (maybe pre-animated to walk/drive)
- Buildings (Mechdock, Mainbase, Towers, Wall)
- Small objects like cursors, mouseicons, etc
- Trees

I'm very good in making models to work for DBPro, so even a high-poly model will help me. Btw, I need a detail mesh to render nice pictures

Brilliant! Ok, I should be able to do all that! Send me an e-mailing detailing what you want, polycounts and texture sizes etc. and I'll get right on it!

But, wouldn't explosions be better if they were handled with particles?

i do not need you right now but would you be able to help later? in say a month. Would be fairly simple stuff like modeling and texturing a gun from a picture, texturing a couple models, and maybe making a simple character (again from a picture). Will prolly need a high and low res version of each to make a normal map. its for a paintball game but im not saying much more about it atm cept thru email. thanks

Can we have on-topic related posts only?

But I used Milkshape 3d for all of it. I can't just 'show you' how to make things like this, if I could, then there'd be no point in offering my services. The only time Photoshop was used in any of theese models is to create a texture or to save the rendered image.

Snipa: Out of curiosity, would you offer any discounts for a group of models (EG. 5 Houses, for example) Also, do you have any rates for just texturing? I can do models, its the texture that really kills me >_<

Do you have individual rates for a UV + Texture job, and do you offer bulk discounts?

One last thing: Do you offer to sell any of the actual textures you use on your UV's (EG. The wood on the Lamp)

Awesome work -

John / RPGamer

To be honest, I don't have set prices. I just make an esitmation on how long it would take, and then discuss it with the buyer to see if he agrees with it / if he think it's unreasnable.

But yes, I would make it cheaper if it were for a bulk of models. And the photosourcing I use for my UV's is from Google and from my own Digital Camera.
