3 Dimensional Chat / I need help on animation

I want to animate fingers on a hand. The hand is all one object I made it from a box. Can I animate? Is it those IK solver things. Can someone please tell me how or direct me to a good tutorial. Cause I havent found a good one on IK solver. Ive been trying for a while.

You are on the right track about those IK solvers, I use HI or HD Solvers for hands and fingers, and IK limb solvers for limbs(obviously)
After you put all the joints in, you will have to set the envelopes (vertexes that each bone affect) and Weights( how much movement will affect the vertex)

Seppuku Geijutsu , Can you give me direct link. Cause your site was the first i visted and I used the filters for IK solvers and nothing came up. Nothing for bones either. Sorry if its obvious like on the front page or something, but I couldnt find it.

i wasn't sure at all what 3DS tuts it has, I use C4D, and my friend think its great for 3DS max considering he uses it, I guess its not good enough to have tuts on animation, there are a lot of 3DS max tutorials out there, sorry my link didn't help (I'm sure it'll help with other tutorials)

Email discreet, I find emailing companies always help to get what I need (although maxon was useless with telling me where to go for college that does Cinema 4D, but good for evrything else)

If not I'll post anything I come across that says '3DS max tutorials'

Your link is very helpful I just couldnt find anything on IK solver or bones atleast they didnt say right out that these tutorials will cover Bones and IK solvers.
