How do I get the latest official expansion pack updates? My 'order history' page gets me the October, 2004 EZrotate download - Forum talk tells me I need one made after the 5.8 upgrade to be compatible.

How do I get it?

Your order page will always download the latest version.

Thanks, but it doesn't work.

I think DBPro may not know it's installed; there doesn't seem to be any folder for DBPro in the start menu.

I think I found the problem. There's a report.ini in the plugins-licensed folder which claims the EZrotate.dll isn't valid - But it verified ok.

Exact same thing with the Cloth & Particles pack.

I've now uninstalled and reinstalled the whole thing about four or five times.

I would try:

1. Uninstalling Cloth/Particles & EzRotate

2. Reinstall U5.8

3. Install Cloth/Particles and Ezrotate again.

I have these 2 packs, and I had problems too. The procedure above fixed it for me.

Ok, I did two removes, a repair, then two installs. Nothing.

Thanks anyway.
