Hi,

Is it possible to call functions that a person wrote in their darkbasic professional game from a dll (possible via the globStruct.h)?

functions as in function and endfunction?

if so it is very unlikely

Yes, it is possible. You need to get the pointer to that function using Empty's plugin. I don't know if he's been updating it to work with U5.8 though. Will have to wait till he shows up...

Haven't tested it but it should work with 5.8 as well.
However, soon (probably, hopefully) another forum member will release something that allows you to obtain the addresses of functions (and variables plus lots of other stuff!) more elegant than my method.

I have searched the forum for your method, but can't find it, can you give me a link so I can have a look while I wait for a (probably, hopefully) better method.
