Dark GDK / dbUpper bug

Since I installed the patch, dbUpper has been giving me this for the same old code :

error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol "char * __cdecl dbUpper(char *)" (?dbUpper@@YAPADPAD@Z)

Happily, there's a C function for the same operation : strupr

Must be fixed!

It's a bug.

Quick (untested) fix:



If the compiler doesn't line the addition of the 'inline', remove that word and recompile. I've used this trick once or twice, and it worked in the past.
