for some reason...i went to open up 3d canvas and it said that my computer didnt have the scripts to run it...well i downloaded the scripts but then when i tried to open 3dc it gives me the "an unexpected error has occured. contact amabilis if it continues. (#1004)" well i tried to contact amabilis but they havent messeged me back yet.

i have uninstalled and installed it again and i have tried to get a newer version and i havent been able to find anything on the internet on how to fix this. does anyone else have this problem and do you know how to fix this?
