3 Dimensional Chat / Animation problems

I have created a model in Milkshape with several different animations ie. Atacking, walking etc. I have exported it using the JT exporter. But when I load the model and tell it to play frames 1-10 the model is just static. Nothing moves. Have I exported it wrong or something?
