The normal 'col = NDB_NewtonCreateSphere( Size# )' command works just fine, but 'col = NDB_NewtonCreateConvexHull( Obj )' crashes the computer.

Thanks for any and all help. Source is included

what format is the object? I'm having problems with Newton and objects exported from Gile[s] in dbo format. I'm making a collision tree, and the program just hangs.

cubes, cylinders and spheres don't need a convex hull, you can use a box, cylinder or sphere physics object. Are you making a Cone, or could you change to making a standard shape?

No, I'm just trying to get the convex command to work.

What size is the object, polygon-wise? Newton really doesn't work well with hi-poly objects, so try something smaller and see if it works.
I think the main Newton wrapper thread has some links to getting hi-poly objects to work with Newton.

I pity the fool who thinks 1337 is cool!

Thanks, that's probably it. It's the DBPro sphere.
