I have just updated my Bitmap Font Tool. It now have 3 different export formats: Strip, Square and Single.

The strip will save the font as a long strip of image. The Square will save the font in rows of characters with the option of saving to a power2 image. The Single option will save each character as its own image.

The exporter will generate an ascii text file with data values that will be useful for writing import code for doing variable width fonts.

Also new for this tool is an autoTrim function, which will cut off any unused parts of each character image removing blank space and optimizing the font with one click of the mouse.

Be sure to visit my webpage for details on how to order this feature rich tool which will make making fonts for your games and applications really easy.

Hey! I'm not done testing it yet! You still need to add the feature to explain the exporting of the ASCII file.

I will be writing up a more detailed documentation about the export during this coming weekend.
