Okay, this model is prolly my best model yet, its a woman's head as you can see. I model the head and eyes, textured it too, but the hair I did not do, which I will do.

I made the head in Cinema 4D CE 6
UV mapped in UVmapper classic (http://www.uvmapper.com)
Textured in Photoshop 6

I simple used the polygon modelling technique throughout the head, and use a front and side image as a referance. The eyes were made using the 'Pixar' way. If you don't know what I mean, check the Blender tutorials.

C&C?

[EDIT] Heck a lowish poly count! Lemme check the exact amount

Head mesh - 800
hair- 1300 (good thing I'm not using it)
each eye ball- 276 (total, just over 500)

nah, can't be, too tanned and the nose is the person's original, but If I redo the nose and change the texture, it will be micheal jackson lol

Wow I modelled micheal Jackson, when trying to model a woman.......doesn't that say something about him.......

You should reduce you count a lot.
remember to count triangles.
If you haven't the count is double up!

You should look at something called edgeloop.
I don't know if you'r familiar to that word?

Check this picture.
http://www.zbrush.de/images/uploaded3/user_img-yA0NYgFLof_Edgeloop.jpg

Edgeloop is the way you place your edges.
The muscles in the face runs in loops.
Thats the one shown on the picture.

Yours just runs whereever they are.
You should really practise using edgeloops and consider where to place your edges.
It gives your model a very smooth surface and will reduce the count, if you use them right.

I'm not sure how you model.
Do you make a box and then start moving vertices and extrude?
I model by make a plane and then extrude the one edge.
The technique is used in this tut for 3ds max:
http://www.3dtotal.com/ffa/tutorials/max/joanofarc/joanmenu.asp
You should be able to translate that into C4D

Good luck and a good start.

I'm sure it does never feed me it on a Karoke night either moonwalking to micheal jackson and singing it, along with britney spears (Some one volunteered me to do that one) and well I'd best not dig up stuff
