Hello all, just wanted some opinions on this:

My question really is, should the skateboarder 'overlap' Dumbo? I've been trying both options all night and they both look wrong!!!
Also, should I have a random screenshot, perhaps at the top of my page rather than the logo indicated?

Questions, questions...
@ Megaton - this is not the Dumbo and Cool website, I'd still love you to do that for me ^_^

Try putting it behind Dumbo... Might look better.

yes put skateboarder behind the dumbo.

there should always be one part in a pic that stands out. in most group shots of three people the person in the middle is in the front while the other two are behind it.

You should really have your characters pointing inwards, not out. In particular the skateboarder...because the logo is on the right, he looks like he's leaving the page. Just standard rules of graphic design really.

The only time you would have characters looking "out of the circle" is if you wanted to suggest animosity or hatred between them.

personally I think Dumbo needs a revamp, but other than that... it's alright.

a logo should really be more simplistic, especially given the site style; something that people can associate with your and your games.

although having the character is cool, they should all be around the logo; like they're hanging out. though you don't actually seem to have one heh ^_^

Indeed - could be more circular, and perhaps a bit sharper.

ya what Raven said this looks more like a scene than a logo.

but really nice Idea putting characters in the logo. It reminds about something from Nintendo 64 or something really nice.

It's all up to the person and whatever sense of design he/she has. I don't thing there's "official rules" of graphics anywhere.

If no-one gives your an answer to a question you have asked, consider:- Is your question clear.- Did you ask nicely.- Are you showing any effort to solve the problem yourself 
