Well, on mu laptop I have an FN button that once I hold it down I can type these characters in blue. Well, recently thay button is working even when I'm not pressing it. So once I type the letter O I get the number 6. And once I hold the FN button down it prints the letter O! So its like once I hold it down I'm not and when I don't hold it down its like I am. Csn you help. I have reinstalled the drivers.

Than2s y64 s6 04ch g4ys! (Yeah, I wasn't holding down my FN button, it says Thanks you so much guys!)

Also, my Q key dosen't work if I hold down the FN key!

possibly u put like.. a lock on it. u know how caps lock always make u type in CAPITAL LETTERS UNLESS YOU HOLD SHIFT DOWN?

try combinations like..
shift fn
ctrl fn
ctrl alt fn

im not really sure.. but it would seem like that is most reasonable theory.

Stands for function, laptops don't have numpads, so that's typically what they're used for. Like he said with O being 6.

j=1
k=2
l=3
u=4
i=o
o=6
7=7
8=8
9=9
m=0

Only time I ever used it was in the PC version of FF7, required numpad for entering names .
