Hey, nobody invited me to the party?
The link that IanM is linking to "http://www.nuclearglory.com/tutorials/N3D/101/" you may notice the number "101", meaning version number 1.01 which was released for free ages ago.
The currently available commercial release is v2.06 with 500+ commands (not including macros or a few support routines).
The upcoming 3D command support will add another 700+ commands to the engine quickly bringing it up to 1200+ or 1300+ commands and we're still in major version 2 of N3D.
There are also some things coming that I'm not even going to tell you all about until it's out the door.
Quick note:
v2.07 isn't far off (it will include some of the prelimanry 3D commands) and will add about 100 new commands over the 2.06 release. I just had a hard-drive failure that backed us up a few days and we're still flying at impressive speeds with N3D.
Guys, really, email us or post on our forums with questions like this. You know how many people I had emailing in asking if there were only 60 to 70 commands in N3D? It took me until about 10 minutes ago to figure out why they were all asking me that.
Edit:
If you want to see the full command list, you can download our latest manual at:

Count 'em yourself.
The document layout has been "improved" too, check my journal to see the new colors.
