Any ideas?

I commented out the terrain code to make sure it wasn't that.

It might be something to do with the distance you've set your camera to view. Check out the camera commands. I know that I had problems when I was using large terrains and large skyspheres. Lumps of the sky kept turning into blue background. Had to mess around with the size of the sky and the camera view distance to get things working. Worth a try anyway.

I tried various values but it didn't appear to affect the outcome. Its strange that it would work in windowed mode but not fullscreen since semantically there should be no difference.
