Hello lately I have been having allot of pc problems, And today I ran net user in command prompt.. The result:



I did a re-boot and got this:



I also had firefox go mental.. It deleted all of its book marks.. What is going on here...

As far as I can tell, ASPNET user is added when you install Visual Studio 2005 [Maybe other versions too, but this is the only one I've used.] I have ASPNET user on my computer too, but it doesn't seem to cause me problems...

ASPNET is used to run asp.net apps on iis webserver. It's created when you install the .net framework.

A google search will tell you if the users are susposed to be there or not.

It's not doing your computer any harm, and must just be windows using ASPNET at different times... Why worry?

FF has differnt "Users" that use differnt book marks, dont know how to change it tho
