I'm just here to help all those people out who need help on how to build up to make a good game.

~The 1st part

First of all, you should (if your new to all DarkBasic) start with DarkBasic Classic. When you have the program, you should start learning the commnds. Commands are the words of coding that trigger the DarkBasic program to do what it is commanded to do. Lets split the Commands into two simple parts. How about parts A, and B. Part A
would be the word(s) that state what you will command the program to do. For example, le's ue a very simple command to split into parts. The command is - PRINT "(your words)" - . This command prints words onto the screen. The A part will be - PRINT "(your words)" - . The B part will be - PRINT "(your words)" - . To get this out of the way, note that part A will always be the root of the command, and should nver be changed.

Once you've larned the concepts of the commands, start learning ALL of them. Or at least as much as you can. The more you learn, the easier it will be to make your game. (But I'm not saying it will be a snap to make your whole game) .

Now, start checking out the codes on this site. Study them, and you will learn how various codes put together will make a game better.

Also, start trying your own stuff when you feel that your ready. Start from text games. Try to make a quiz or something as simple as that.

That's it for part 1, I will update for this on part two I have time

Enjoy Life while your still alive.
Enjoy a recees anytime!
