How much does a command within a command count?
For example is rotate object x, rnd(30), rnd(30), rnd(30)
one command or four?

One command. Command seperation is when you use the colon : to split commands up. In your example you're just replacing a variable with a command, that's perfectly allowed (and encouraged!)
