Well...I finally got around to it and this is IMO a better design....

yeah comments please iam not done with the new one iam taking a break.....using notepad has a toll on you... x_x; but yeah I know it resembles TGC alittle but hey thats the way I drew it....also the black box is were later I hope to put like a little random flash that has stuff about my games or something

The new one is better. The old one looks FrontFage (i know its not but thats the first thing i thought when I saw it...no offence)

The new one looks way better. Congratz, you improved your skill.

But, still, it's fixed to specific sizes of screens, so it can look weird on some PCs

One thing... please, please use a different font from 'Times New Roman!!'

Use Verdana, Arial, or anything else standard, but not Times New Roman!

(Times New Roman seems to scream out 'This was a word-processed/frontpage doc', and therefore look rather amateur.)

@Jeku is the frame a bad thing? I thought i would be cool to put that there...also I use the frames for my second menu so I dont have to put it in the main file just have it as a different file....I know there are other ways but I just did this one first...and iam lazy

Frames are not bad, as long as you use them properly. Personally, I think Inline Frames are quite useful in many cases(although I still do try to avoid frames).

I just don't like frames--- personal opinion. They're kinda tacky from the early days of HTML--- kind of like the BLINK tag :-P
