Anyone using Cinema 4D and needs to Export Models that have animation have soon come to realise that its not possible and there are loads of errors. However there is a plugin which allows Cinema 4D users to Export modells (with animation) into working Direct X modells. This plugin also exports working Bone Animation! And UV Data! So there you have it! The plugin is Called Xport and was created by Philipp Lensing (I think)

Hi, Here's one Cinema 4D user, well not R9 but R6, what versions does the plugin work with? if its not R6 compatible, then I'll use a 3ds-.x converter and wait till I get studio 9

I have C4D R8 (academic version) I am a hobbist and teach part time. Out of several modelers I found Cinema easiest for me to use. Just now getting into game making and bought Dark Basic. Having trouble getting animated models from Cinema to DB. Would like to see some specific information or tutorials on this.

Thanks,
Henry
